A bad refund experience is usually a customer lost, so you don’t want customers thinking twice about doing business with you again. And neither do you want to waste valuable selling time.
At PayPoint.net, cardholder refunds are supported through both our management software and via direct integration with our API (Application Programming Interface). Partial, multiple and incremental refunds are all possible. As are refunds exceeding the original transaction value.
We also support payment of winnings through the Visa Cardholder Funds Transfer. Indeed, PayPoint.net was one of the first payment processors to pilot MasterCard’s equivalent scheme, so any gaming business can rest assured that we know what we’re doing.
