:: How does the programme work?
You refer a business to us and when they become a client, we say "thank you" by paying you. It's that simple!
You can either join our Pay Per Signup scheme in which we pay you for every customer you refer who successfully signs up as a PayPoint.net merchant, or you can join the Revenue Share scheme and get a percentage of the revenue generated by processing transactions for the business you referred. Becoming a partner is completely FREE, whichever scheme you join. There are absolutely no charges or hidden fees. Become a partner >>
:: Are there any quotas or minimum number of referrals to reach?
No, there are no quotas or set referrals numbers, all you need to do is join and refer businesses as and when is convenient for you. But don't forget, the more referrals you send, the more you can earn! Become a partner >>
:: How do I refer business to PayPoint.net?
Referring businesses is easy, once you have selected and joined one of our partners schemes, simply log in to the Partner Relationship Management Portal,enter the company's details, submit the form and you're done. Our online payment experts will then do the rest, and if your referral becomes an PayPoint.net merchant, a commission will be automatically attributed to you (on the first transaction for the Revenue Share scheme). The commission structure depends on which scheme you join:
- Pay Per Signup: £25 per Payment Gateway signup, £50 per Complete Solution signup

:: I am not receiving my commissions, what should I do?
If you are a PayPoint.net partner, please ensure that all referrals have been entered through the Partner Relationship Management Portal. If the referrals have been entered correctly in the system and have signed up but you're still not receiving your commissions, please contact us on +44 (0)20 7709 2059 or send us an email
:: How do I manage my partner account?
You can easily manage your partner account via our user-friendly Partner Relationship Management Portal. This tool allows you to enter referrals and follow their progress in real time. Your login details will have been sent to you when joining the programme. If you have lost them, please click on the "Forgotten your password" link on the login page or contact us by phone +44 (0)20 7709 2059 or email.

:: When are commissions paid after I've successfully referred a business?
Commission statements will be sent to you on the 15th of every month and you will be paid between 7-10 days upon receipt of your invoice.
