Introducing Virtual Terminal
Our Virtual Terminal is perfect for businesses that process mail and telephone orders, sole traders and freelancers. All you need to get started is a Mail Order / Telephone Order (MOTO) Merchant Account, which is less expensive, easier to secure and faster to process than an eCommerce Internet Merchant Account. Feel free to contact us if you need advice or if you would like us to secure your MOTO Merchant Account for you.
This streamlined system allows you to process payments on any device connected to the internet without the need for a website or costly integration; you can process payments securely simply by logging in to your Merchant Extranet. It is fully scalable, allowing multiple users to take payments simultaneously. All user actions can be fully audited and variable user permissions can be set.

Please note that you may only process payments on our Virtual Terminal in a 'cardholder not present' environment e.g. mail, telephone or fax order. Our Virtual Terminal is not a substitute for a PDQ machine or any other device used for processing card payments where the cardholder is present.
