Lite, Professional and Enterprise gateway merchants can raise a merchant support ticket or a technical support ticket.
PayPoint.net offers free expert telephone support for all our merchants*. If you are a PayPoint.net Enterprise/Bank Enterprise merchant you are entitled to 24/7/365 support, and will have been given separate contact details.
