If you have any questions relating to a purchase from a website that carries the PayPoint.net logo, you must contact the website directly. PayPoint.net is the authorised payment provider but not the owner of the site and will not be able to help you with your query.
Your order is the responsibility of the company / website you have purchased from and you will need to contact them directly for assistance. Please refer to the company's contact details on their website.
PayPoint.net cannot authorise refunds nor stop transactions once authorised by the bank. Refunds, however, can be authorised by the company of the website you have purchased from. If you have an enquiry relating to a refund, payment or purchase you have made through our systems using a credit or debit card, you must speak directly to the company / website you purchased from.
