Account Maintenance

Learn how easy it is to manage your PayPoint.net account. These simple processes will save you time and allow you to focus on other aspects of your business.

Change of bank details

Any change of bank details from your side will need to be communicated with us to ensure we settle your money into the right account. Please email support@paypoint.net all new bank details such as new name, sort code and account details and we can amend them on our sytem.

Password reset

Passwords can only be issued to registered users for each account. For security purposes we are unable to issue passwords to those who are not registered users.

Registered users can reset your Extranet password to your Extranet (back office) easily online. Simply follow these simple steps:

  • Click on the login icon (in the top right hand corner of the page).
  • Click on the Invalid, Expired or Forgotten Password link and follow the prompts. 
  • Your new password will be emailed to you.

Updating address details

If you have moved or changed address we will need to know. Please email your new address information through to support@paypoint.net.

Adding users to your account

It is possible to add additional users to your back office Extranet. The primary account holder can do this by following these simple steps:

  • Log into the Extranet
  • Click on the 'User' tab
  • Click on 'Assign roles'
  • Click on 'Invite new user' and then fill out the form
  • Click on 'Send Invite out'

Alternatively, the primary account holder can email support@paypoint.net and request a new user to be added.

Batch information

Your Extranet allows you to view all of your batched transactions. Simply follow these simple steps:

  • Log into the Extranet
  • Click on the 'Transaction Manger' tab
  • Click on 'Summary report' (listed on the left hand side of the page)
  • Then you can filter by specific dates etc

Settlement Information

You will need to contact your acquiring bank for any information relating to when your settlement occurs and when you will receive payment.
