The Merchant Extranet allows searching for a transaction based on a number of attributes including Transaction ID, Cardholders Name, Email, Transaction Description and Card Digits.
Other payment methods are supported with additonal searches by Telephone Number and PIN Number. Among the search results provided, individual transactions can be opened for review.
